What is Invicta?
Invicta is a tech consulting startup that helps to train and recruit skilled refugees and internally displaced people with CSR-driven companies worldwide. Our mission is to digitally and economically empower displaced talent, by transforming the way the global business community engages with refugees.
Who are the Founders?
The founders are Eden Tadesse (Chief Executive Officer) from Ethiopia, Qussai Maklad (Chief Operating Officer) from Syria and Thomas Artiach (Chief Financial Officer) from Spain. Having direct experience with the refugee crisis and a strong passion for technology, we decided to create Invicta to help empower millions of talented displaced people.

How does the recruitment process work?
It consists of four steps: Initial Overview (talent and hard skills are assessed carefully), Selection & Training (suitable candidates are chosen for training to optimize their existing skills), Pre-Enrollment Phase (selected candidates are given cultural and language orientation of their host companies) and Recruitment (refugees are paired with global companies for either individual or group-based projects).
